● 当活塞杆受冲击时,活塞杆带动活塞挤压内管里面的液压油,液压油受压后,从内管的节流孔一一排出,排出的液压油一部经回油孔回流到内管,另外一部分进入蓄压器储存。
● 外力消失后,弹簧迅速推动活塞杆复位,内管里面形成负压,止回阀自动打开,液压油通过打开的止回阀迅速回到内管里面,缓冲器恢复初始状态,等待下次动作
● 安能静液压缓冲器就是依照上面原理将运动中的物体平稳停止。
● When piston rod is impacted, it will drive piston to press oil in inner tube.Oil will be pressed out through orifice holes of inner tube,at the same ,some of the oil returns to inner tube through returing hole of inner tube,some of oil go to accumulator
● After outside force vanishes,spring makes piston rod immediately return to its original ,Oil will return to inner tude through check valve ,Then shock absorber will return to be ready position waiting for next action
